How long does shipping take?
It takes at least 3-15 business days to deliver your package to the USA, to Europe - 10-18 business days (to Italy and Spain a bit more). To Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia - 14-25 business days.
Keep in mind that international delivery is unpredictable and delays at customs are possible. For international orders, after the parcel has left the warehouse, it becomes the subject of your local post office.
Are there any fees or duties?
There is no need to pay any duties if you are from the USA. Everyone else will be required to pay fees and duties.
Do you give any guarantees that I’ll get my order?
We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery please contact us at inkwellandivy@proton.me with photos of damaged items so that we can file a claim and send you a new product for free.
If your package has been marked as delivered, but you cannot find it, please allow an extra day or 2, as sometimes the post office prematurely marks packages as delivered. If it still has not showed up, contact your local post office to see if they can provide any information, and check to make sure no neighbors have gotten your package. If your package still has not been found, let us know so we may file a claim with the PO and resend your order for free.
Refunds for lost, stolen or damaged orders will only be given once the post office claim has been processed.
Do you have any returns or exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the parcel. In case the order is at the proper state but you still want to return it, all delivery cost lies with customer.
Are your products ethically made?
All products are handmade in small batches in Southern California. All ingredients are vegan, cruelty free and ethically sourced.
I see that I wrote the wrong address. What should I do?

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If it has been more than 24 hours we might not be able to cancel it. A 10% restock fee will be charged if we have already started to process your order.
